Paul (Jack) Garrety lives with his delightful (and talented) wife Annie, on the Blackall Ranges overlooking the Qld's Sunshine Coast (Australia) and now writes full time.

'Middle Women’ will be his sixth novel.

He has won numerous writing competitions, both in Australia and overseas, as well as being published in over a dozen short story anthologies.

Jack(Paul) is also an accredited yoga teacher and registered yoga therapist with Yoga Australia specialising in clients over 60 years.

He loves, in no particular order: bushwalking, his family, meditation, dogs and, when in the mood, getting out two of the very few instruments that can be played without knowing how - the symphonic gong and American Indian flute.
